Is there a way to start a campaign against this? Selling stickers that can be stuck on bikes and Cars with "I am against hartals", and having a image with this. Having a campaign that will show up the disinterest people have in hartals.
One of the stickers could be "I will not vote for you if you have a hartal"
Could have several stickers etc..
Something like the "ribbon" campaigns against aids etc in the west?
