1. To promote the Secular, Pluralistic and Democratic principles enshrined in the Constitution of India.

2. To encourage NRIs residing in Canada to engage and connect with India on an on-going basis.

3. To promote bilateral relations including trade between India and Canada. When possible liason thru existing organizations in Canada.

4. To have an on-going dialogue with Congress leadership on policy matters especially the ones, which affect the NRIs

5. To be the Resource Center for the Indians residing in Canada.

6. To be the Good will Ambassadors of India in Canada.

7. To provide opportunities for friends of India (non NRIs) to get involved in promoting India.
